Hi there! I'm Pamela and I'm a licensed therapist who provides individual therapy to adults of all ages. I've always been interested in people and their relationships with themselves and others. I have years of experience supporting individuals with an array of issues and specialize in ADHD and OCD. I'm passionate about helping people quiet overwhelming thoughts and expectations and cultivate and accept their authentic self. I believe therapy sessions need to feel conversational and be a supportive space to reflect and grow. I also prioritize helping clients identify what they want and find stepping stones to get there. I meet each person where they're at and walk with them on their path, with my backpack of tools to share with them. Accepting new clients at this time.
